Assalamualaikum, Hello, Ni hao!

Yo, guys! It's been a long time that I haven't post anything on my blog. Since my friends and I are currently busy with our final year project + with the final semester subjects, I don't have much time to update anything and I don't really have any idea on what I want to write or update. So, I decided to update my blog about my final year project. As what I had mentioned before, currently I'm doing a project on food product development which is keropok lekor with pineapple sauce. I think keropok lekor can also be called as fish sausage. It is a mix of fish meat or fillet and sago starch.
    
Keropok Lekor Week 1


What you see in the picture above is the keropok lekor that I made for the past few week. Since I need to add filling inside the keropok lekor, the size of the keropok lekor is small and the shape is almost like a fish ball but actually it is a bit oval..haha.. It is the best shape I can do and it is the easiest for me to fill the sauce inside the keropok lekor.

Currently I'm running microbial test, multiple comparison sensory test, proximate test, and physio chemical test. This sample is undergoing 8 weeks storage period.

So, jia you to me and to those who is doing something important in their life now. If you fail, don't give up. There is always next time and a fine moment of your life time will sure to come.
