Pembangunan Produk Keropok Lekor berintikan Sos Nanas

Assalamualaikum, Hello, Ni hao,

Starting from this semester, I am a 4th year student of School of Food Science and Nutrition. It's December, and the 7th semester is almost end and the final semester is going to start on February and it will be a very busy semester I bet.

During this final year, I'm doing a final year project entitled Product Development of Keropok Lekor with Pineapple Sauce Filling. I have no idea whether consumer could accept this product or not but I will conduct a sensory test for consumer acceptance of this product next semester. Actually what I'm trying to do is to create a new flavour of keropok lekor and trying to make an inovation to this product. Since keropok lekor is a traditional snacks, I guess it worth it to try to make something special to this product. The main idea is to combine the taste of spicy, sweet and sour taste into a snack. Snack that I chose is keropok lekor. Well, for a further detail about this product, just wait till I started making all the test... Yohohoho..

Nicky Oh Nicky

Oh Nicky, tak sangka masa kita bersama sgt singkat. Sekejap sahaja kau tlah meninggalkan aku. Tak sempat kita bergraduasi bersama-sama. Aku menyesal membawa kau ke Pulau Mamutik pada hari itu. Jika tidak, kau pasti bersama ku lagi. Di awal pertemuan kita di wawasan plaza, Musfirah letih tlah memperkenalkan kita berdua..

Bermula pada hari itu, kita berdua tlah hidup bersama. Pergi kelas sama, pergi makan sama, pergi 1B sama, naik moto sama, naik kereta sama. Susah senang kita bersama-sama. Namun, aku telah menyesal pada hari tersebut kerana telah membawa kau bersama. Kita tak sepatutnya menyelam ke dalam air laut bersama-sama. Akibatnya, organ dalaman kau telah rosak dan hidup kau telah tamat di pulau itu juga. Semoga kau aman di 'sana' Nicky. Takkan aku lupa segala kenangan kita bersama, wahai Nicky, si jam merah.

 

 Walaupun suatu hari nanti ada jam baru yg akan hadir dalam hidup aku. Aku takkan lupakan kau Nicky.

if you notice, above some letters there are some signs "- ,\ , / and ˇ". This symbols are important in writing because it shows  you how to pronounce the words correctly or you'll end up saying different meaning. For example:

I love my mom = Wǒ ài wǒ de māmā.

Don't say or use " Mǎmǎ" Coz "Mǎ" means horse.

Motosikal dan kereta?

Naik motosikal ke kereta best? Haha..Secara jujur dan ikhlas..saya lagi suka bawak motosikal. <3.
Kenapa suka bawak motosikal? (imagine ada org tanya). Sbb rasa macam main game..boleh belok sana belok sini..cecah lutut time membelok (haha.ini gurau je), tapi sy masih seorang pemandu berhemah. Dan sebenarnya saya lagi mahir bawak motosikal daripada bawak kereta. Cakap je nak gi mana-mana naik motosikal, insyaallah boleh sampai (tgkla jarak destinasi tu jauh ke x).

Ada jugak bawak scooter tapi lagi suka bawak motosikal dengan gear biasa...motosikal yg ada clutch je x pernah bawak lagi.
Ada kelebihan bawak motosikal ni...antaranya, mengelakkan traffic jam, cepat sampai (bagi jarak dekat), dapat angin banyak (shiookk..haha).
Keburukkannya pula, kalau hujan tuh, mmg basah sket la..pastu sejuk sampai menggigil dengan tambahan tiupan angin, kalau perempuan yg bawak motosikal ni (mengikut pengalaman beta..haha) kena kacau ngn lelaki time kat traffic light, pastu kalau bawak laju sket, adalah pemandu2 di jalan raya tu yg nmpk mcm "kagum" tgk kita nih. lepas tu, bawak motosikal tinggi sikit risiko kemalangan sbb saiz yg kecil. Senang nk citer sbnrnya perempuan lebih selamat bawak kereta..

Kalau bab bawak kete, saya cuma pernah bawak kereta perodua jer...kancil, viva n myvi..kereta lain tgkla..balik selangor nanti nk try bawak toyota avanza ayah..hehe.. Ha..kereta pon aku lagi suka bawak manual..tapi memang bawak auto lagi sng la..manual mencabar cket dan lagi laju aku rasa...hehehe..
Kelebihan kereta, ada bumbung, aircond, lebih selamat, lebih selesa dan byk lagi la...mmg naik kereta lagi convenient la..
So, terpulang pada anda sendiri untuk memilih yg mana 1 sbg kenderaan utama anda..kalau x suka dua2, gi naik bas or tren je la kot..x pon kapal terbang..keh3

How come you suddenly had interest in guitar? (you is refer to me, get it?)

"How come you had interest in guitar?"
When I bought guitar, people usually ask me this. Err...you can say it's media influence..keke..
Actually, before I decide to learn playing guitar, I love to see people with talent and within my eyes, people who can sing and play music instrument at once amazed me a lot.

The first celebrity that I think she's amazing is Younha Go. She's korean but debut first in Japan. To be honest, I like to listen to j-music mostly, j-pop. K-pop..ok ok la..hehe..
Back to Younha, she can sing and play piano quite well and recently, always seen her play guitar too. But I think piano suit her better. She even write her own songs. Usually Younha's album genre is pop, rock, and ballad. I discover Younha from Bleach OST, Houki Boshi. Awesome!

Next is YUI. YUI is japanese singer who play guitar and always with guitar. She can play other instruments too as well. Same to Younha, YUI write her own songs too and usually the song related to her life. It touched my heart..really. Well..this is unusual, I discover YUI through Bleach OST too! Ending theme, Life.

Next one is also my favourite, but this one is not a solo singer but a band. It's a girls rock band..SCANDAL Band! Yieehaaa...

I think this band is unique coz they form their band in their school life and apparently, they got popular. The Bleach OST song is superb! Shoujou S that made them popular through out the world..keke. Oh..they write their own songs too. Now, I realize why I like these 3 celebs (2 soloist + 1 band)..keke

So, maybe they influence me a bit but actually, I think I want to try something new and I feel its fun and interesting when I sing and play guitar with the songs that I like! (only song with basic chords..LOL).

My interest is music..betulkah? hahaha.. Well..maybe its true maybe its not..keke 50-50 la..
Nak dijadikan cerita...since last year, I was really interested to learn playing guitar and I even bought a guitar (yg murah je). Can u believe it? and I even dunno how to play it. Then, I search for guide through the internet such as youtube (youtube ni cikgu yg mengajar byk benda), guide book and so on la.. Then, i just go strumming wildly..LOL..(mmg menyakitkan telinga sape yg dengar). Then, I search for kid's songs for beginner and start to play them on my guitar (skang bleh main lagu bday, popeye ngan mary had a little lamb tanpa tengok guide...ni success la). Aha..forgot to tell I even named my guitar, Jessica (laptop ngn handphone pon saya bagi nama, kekeke bukan gila aaa..ni mcm kebetulan je..bukannya stiap benda ada nama). Then, my ex-roommate, christine, bought me a guitar's pick (ni pon ada nama), Alice. Then, I become more excited la to learn guitar but too bad..my strumming is really bad. Then, not long after that, I realize..I didn't tune my guitar..kah3..(patutla bunyi sumbang).

So, for the 1st 3 months I bought that guitar..I was just play it the way I like. Then I brought it back from Kota Kinabalu to KL through airasia. Nak dijadikan cerita yg sgt kelakar, while I'm waiting for my family to pick me up at the airport, I went to buy sushi at a court (sgt mahal..ambil yg plg murah je), then this worker ask me, "are you a celebrity?". I smile when I heard that and I said no. Maybe coz I bought my guitar with me..kekeke... When my mom arrived and saw me with my guitar and she said "Nak jadi yuna ke?"..kah3... (jgn slh phm na)

Nak dipendekkan cerita, when I arrived at home, my younger brother (who is 2x bigger than me..XD) play my guitar and he realize it is out of tune and he laugh at me..pergh. Then, he tune it for me. and magically, when I strum my guitar, apparently, its not bad at all but my strumming technique need to be improve and plus I can't sing while playing the guitar. Well..I'm not giving up on Jessica and Alice. I hope we will soon have chemistry between us.

Hari ini, 10 hb November 2012, adalah hari pertama saya menulis blog (sgt x biasa dan janggal). Saya bukanlah seorang yg selalu bercerita apa-apa tapi tetibe di tengah awal pagi ni (4.32 am waktu Borneo, bersamaan 5.32 am waktu di semenanjung) boleh pulak ada perasaan nak buat blog. Jadi ini adalah percubaan pertama. Sila beri tunjuk ajar..hehe. Youna_bilah bukan nama sebenar tapi dari situ boleh nampak kot nama sebenar..haha..
